This is the Programmable LED Kit. The blinking sequence can be programmed with a flashlight. It detects changes in the lighting, records them and plays them back. So you can program it to blink an S.O.S message.
It includes everything you need to build it, including a 3V coin cell. It does not contain a PCB. That means you have to have at least some soldering skills as it is soldered in free form.
